Question by frofro32: What are these modest cracks on new flat roof?
This last fall I had a new rubber roof put on the extension on my residence. The old one leaked right after an ice storm the previous wintertime and was not lined in full my insurance as they stated small cracks confirmed use, not ice hurt. Now in some locations I am viewing these modest "crackles" once more. The roof is only about 6 months aged and it has been a really gentle winter listed here.
