Concern by Trey: Is it hard to change a flat roof with a patio/balcony?
I have an addition developed onto the initial story of my home which has a flat roof. I would like to set a doorway in the second tale of my property and change the flat roof to a balcony/patio off of the 2nd story learn bedroom. How challenging would this be and what process really should I just take to get it carried out? I would actually like to do this project with out employing a contractor.
