Issue by Querious: Contractor Concern: How significantly do I bid for a roofing job?
I am bidding a tiny roofing task on new building for a assembly hall. My component of it is just to lay down 1/4" plywood on a extremely oddly shaped roof. An individual else will do the relaxation. Therefore, no hauling away, no fascia boards, no steel vents, flashing and many others. Just my labor.
