Question by : How am I secured from contractor harm ?
We had septic rebuild. The tools that they employed ruined the driveway and strike on the roof side . We are conducting the investigation , but the septic business say they did not touch the roof , and as much as driveway , its claims in a deal that it could be ruined. We did shell out half and now they demanding a second 50 percent and charging us curiosity. Are we secured in any way ?
