I was impressed with how many buckets they seemed to have on hand - this seems to be a common occurence!
What is interesting is that HS are currently running an experiment on the roof with various soft roof coverings (i.e. turf or sedum) to find a way of preventing water ingress without installing a more invasive permanent alternative like a slate or flagstone roof.
