I just obtained a quote for a new roof. the roof is about 3300 sq. feet, it incorporates Timberline Architectural GAF fifty 12 months warranty shingles, a new ridge vent, all new, seamless gutters, ice/dam protection and all flashing close to rest room vents and two chimneys. This also consists of tearing off 2 present roofs, thoroughly clean up and labor. what is your best guess in new england? thank you!!
