fema contractors have been blue-tarping houses with destroyed roofs. issue is, the way the feds do it is costly to taxpayers, and blue tarps are not so long lasting following months go by. they shred or even basically blow off.
the subcontractor policies and expenses of housing unexpected emergency workers make blue-tarping value as significantly as reroofing usually fees in non-disaster eventualities. it's not
