Issue by creedman976: Can you set roofing tar in excess of shingles?
Does any person know if you can go over roof shingles with tar? I have numerous modest leaks in the roof in excess of my porch and I cant uncover exactly exactly where they are and I want to just set a layer of tar over the whole roof. Is this a good notion to do? The roof is about 5' x 15'. I dont want to have to change all the shingles if I dont have to.
