Concern by mary texas: Any roofing restore ideas I may want?
I received a new roof composite with black roofing tar and granules that appear like cat litter. my house is on an island and has salt air. Alright the new roof leaked in two spots. Effectively i went up on the roof and discovered more troubles so i replaced flashing and include roof "caulk" in which i saw it needed. it leaked again exact same spots. I had the contractor again. It even now leaks I discovered this week. when i arrived
