Question by sonny: Ice builds up on exterior of property during wintertime?
There is a flat portion of my roof that has electrical wires to melt the ice and snow in the course of the winter. when the h2o melts...it runs down the facet of the property and re-freezes on my ceder shingles. i am anxious that it might try to operate under the shingles and force its way back into the property. any ideas? ought to i be involved? there are no gutters on this aspect of the residence, really should i set
