Question by yeah: Cost to replace concrete tile roof with Architectural shingles? Insurance question?
I bought a foreclosure 2 years ago and this past weekend my roof started leaking during a rainstorm. The house is only 5 years old, has a concrete tile roof, is 1,300 sq ft (home not roof), and is located in Central California. I had a 2 year roof certification when I bought the house and it expired 2 weeks before the roof leaked.
The water was coming into the house from a recessed light.
