It... Is a long way down. If you took a running jump off my roof, you'd actually fall 3 or more storeys, as my house is on a steep hill. IT. IS. A. LONG. WAY. DOWN.
You can see the dead kudzu vines left on the chimney supports. I had to remove vines as per homeowners insurance droppage reasons. Once again,

I bought a foreclosure 2 years ago and this past weekend my roof started leaking during a rainstorm. The house is only 5 years old, has a concrete tile roof, is 1,300 sq ft (home not roof), and is located in Central California. I had a 2 year roof certification when I bought the house and it expired 2 weeks before the roof leaked.
The water was coming into the house from a recessed light.

Its a chipboard and felt roof joined to neighbours garage so the roof is one. I would like to only replace my half of the roof. I have tried some repairs last winter but they have now started to leak again. its also starting to leak in a few new places. I think the only way out is a new roof but cost will be a major factor.
