The wet spots are on the decking in the center of each rafter in the attic. The roof on the outside looks like new, no nails popping up or bulges or anything. I need a quik fix so I can finish the room to get the house on the market but I don't want to leave a problem either. If I push the nails in from the inside, find them on the outside and tar under the shingle

We just had our garage roof re roofed, it was a complete tear off and reinstall.
On the south side of the garage they ice guarded it from the eaves to the peak at my request, we get alot of heavy rain and gusty winds from the southwest and they said that it would make it water tight
10 days after them finishing it I had water inside the garage, I was lead to believe by them and many other people that when you use that ice guard

When they replace my roof, will they also rip out the gutters?

I have cracks forming in the base of my stucco and a stucco contractor recommended me to install gutters because it's causing the problem. But I'm also planning to get my roof replaced next year.
Just wondering if I do get gutters installed now, will it be ripped out when I get my house re-roofed next year? Thanks.

Our rear flat roof asphalt box gutter has ripples in places. It has developed bubbles.
Any ideas, why I have this situation? What can I do to make it all smooth and sound again?

The roofers left us a sizeable pile of red clay roofing tiles when they were done with our house. I submerged three of them across the back of this pot to form a rear retaining wall for potting soil. I used a fourth in the center, facing the opposite direction to make the center back column of soil. I broke another piece to form the lower front sides of the left and right sections. So: Tallest at center back,

i will be building a new carport with this type of roofing it will be a 20x30 with a 5 on 12 pitch

Answer by Don MThere are a lot of variables, roof slope, height, what is on roof now that has to be removed etc A ruff ball park would be $ 500.00 to 700.00 per square. A square is a 10ft x 10ft area and contains 100 sq feet.
