We found one that is in wonderful condition, old enough for the outgassing to take place and looks well taken care of. I sat in it and it felt pretty good. Not 100%, but closer to being less toxic then my house, much closer to be less toxic then apartments and other trailers I looked at. I hope and pray this works out, at least as a temp fix (roof over my head). I've been through this many times before that

I'm looking to buy a 2-bedroom townhouse in Northern Virginia. It's an amazing deal; however, there's a hole in the bedroom on the top floor. It looks like it could be water damage that caused it. What's the worst case scenario and most I would have to pay to fix that? As in how much would it likely cost to repair the entire roof and fix the hole?

Thick ice builds up on my roof and my roof leaks. The pitch of the roof is very steep and high. I have used a roof rake, but just can't keep up with it. Other than one of those heaters for roofs, anyone have any suggestions? Someone thought the room wasn't insulated properly.
